In a game where the Broncos and there high powered offense where out-gained 656 to 483 and the Chargers controlled the ball 5 minutes longer than the Broncos the difference in this game was turnovers. The Broncos forced Matt Ryan to throw 3 picks in 43 attempts while Eli only threw 2 in 37. Michael Turner ran for a game high 75 yards on 17 carries and 1 touchdown. Larry Fitzgerald had a career game going for 11 catches for 276 yards and 3 touchdowns including the game tying one with seconds left on the clock to force overtime. With the previous owner bringing shame to the organization, the new and current own has stepped in with a couple of goals in mind.
1) Switch the perception of the Broncos organization to a more positive outlook.
2) We have a good team with playmakers on both sides of the ball and looking to turn this 4-4 middle of the road team into a Divisional contender.
