A couple of questions came up in the chat about using the updated rosters. I'm all for it, does anyone else besides me and TitanBrian have an input on this? Chrebet said he'll delete and re-open the league to get them. Seeing that there are still some owners that haven't joined the league I think it'd be a good idea. Also, there are settings we need ro change when joining the league. So yeah, it would be cool to re-open the league and have everyone change the settings and use the updated rosters. Texted my opponent and received a "Maybe after the game." I followed up asking if that meant he would be able to play in 2 hours. No response yet. I guess I will stay up and see what happens.
Here is the problem with the Madden draft, the early picks are a huge advantage. The snake draft truss to equalize it, and it does help, but there are other problems.
Madden works its draft of a 250 player segment (cuz that's all FA will allow) that means every 7 rounds new players are added to the pool. It means every 7 rounds the early picks get first shot at a more guys. My favorite example was Jeff Demps who didn't show up until round 25, he has 98 speed and accel, and is a good backup RB that late in the draft, better than what's left in round 24 anyway.
So ive now played ths guy 2 times..(once fantasy and once i think in default) the one default game he went for it every fourth down after the 2nd q no matter the situation an this game in fantasy he shuts his ps4 off right b4 end whistle. txts me 20 mins later saying fuk it sorry he cant replay?(he lost by 19) Like please can we boot this guy now?

It's been a while since I have visited the site here, as I have been really tied up with school and athletics. However, I always like to get a game of madden in so anytime you have a game against me in MEFL, please text me as soon as possible. Allot of rumble going around about opponents using to much press coverage, so here are tips you may have forgotten about how to beat press.
1. Check the ratings. If your RLS rating is higher than your opponents PRS then you will win. Even if his top 2 CB's are higher than your top WR's, then check your 3 and 4 vs. his defenders. Your slot guy could best him every time.
2. Use more bunch formations. If the WR is off the line he is usually not pressed, this is why allot of TE's won't get pressed either.
A 6-0 start for the Texans is being credited to the defense.
The only change i made is the playbook, streamlined it really. I took out the 4-4, and the 4-3, i did leave in the 5-2 but my opponent will rarely see it outside of goaline. I have never used a 3-4, and still have the money formations ( dime, dollar, nickel and quarter) for passing downs and multiple WR sets.
This leaves the 46. Most any base formation you give me, I'll counter with the 46. I use all 4 sets, bear, normal, bear under, and some 3-3-5, but its all the same family.

In trying to set up our Fantasy Daddy Leagues site....I'm running into an issue.
The site is already paid for and it's there....BUT it's not allowing me to SYNC everything. The hurdle is because I'm NOT in the league anymore...I need to USE somebody's PSN sign-in that is IN the league.
I've tried Slicks and Helldawgs PSN accounts....for some reason not working.
Is anybody else WHO GOES ON THE EA/ORIGIN site from time to time WILLING to give up their PSN info?

Slick or Hell.....can you log into the EA/ORIGIN page? .....it's not recognizing...

MEFL.. Im back from a rather lengthy hiatus. Just a quick recap for those that didnt know why. I had to go on assignment with my job to Manila, Philippines for 7 weeks. I took my Ps4 with me, and when I got to my hotel room, I discovered an airport employee opened my luggage and stole my Ps4 system..
Im currently working with the airlines on the issue. However due to the fact I left Charlotte, NC and had a transfer flight in New York, and again in Beijing, China before finally landing in the Philippines, its taking a while for the matter to be resolved, as we do not know exactly...
Why do we have a 50 player minimum? Is that a NFL rule? In years past i would have them less amount of players on my team as possible, because it made my special teams better. We have a rule against that now.
I can't think of a reason to have less than 53 except more cap room, but a NFL team would never do this right? They would exceed the 53 man rule if they could.
I can think of a good reason to require 53: if teams filled up the rest of their roster, even with scrubs, than at least those scrubs would be getting xp from practice. In the free agent pool they get nothing....
How about a re-draft? You know, from the beginning all 32 teams. We have soooo many new owners in this league and even though its fun to build a crappy team its way better to draft from scratch. Another reason would be the rosters are updated after the 14'season, when we drafted it was somebodys guess at how good or bad players would be. I think re-draft of fresh rosters with new owners would make this league stronger and better equipped to get through the summer months.
Just wanted to get the opinions from others. I would personally like to see a draft on saturday night as I am off on those nights and its not a weekday and I think that there would be a better turnout. Perhaps I'm wrong and yes it would be in my own personal interest but thought I'd see what everyone thinks about it.

Fellas the league commissioners have done a great job of setting up this league and this website...lets do our best to make sure we are communicating with each other to get these games played.
We have to be respectful of each other. I'm sure everybody here has plenty of other things going on and doesnt /can't sit around and wait on YOU all day. It's simple common courtesy. If your plans change...let the fellow owner know as soon as you can...don't leave him hanging waiting in you.

I want to make a poll on when advance days should be. Please vote on this as advance days are a very important aspect of the league. My take on it is that the long advance period should be during the week as many people are very busy during the week, especially me. However, everyone is different and some are busier on weekends. Hopefully I can get as many people to respond as possible so we can see who is available when and what would be best for the league.

It was an up and down year for the Titans, so this final game was fitting giving how the season went. The momentum swung back and forth with each team grappling for a playoff spot. However, the Titans prevailed in the end to make the postseason. This team has truly become all about LeSean McCoy as he was killing the Texans in this game gashing them on runs to both the inside and outside. The Texans opened up the scoring in this game with a Jeff Demps TD. The Titans quickly responded with a TD from the FB Mike Cox. A big play in this game was a 3rd and Goal on the 1 yard line with 12 seconds left...
Listen, I wish i didnt need to ask this question but in the situation im in this is extremely important. I'm not sure about this guy. I'm not thinking he is right for our league and what we are trying to do. First off let me say, I don't know this guy personally. I don't even know him through Madden yet honestly. But there have been some things about this owner in particular that bother me.

I just would like to see if anybody would be interested in doing a little MEFL online league for NBA2k14 on the ps4. It really would be just for fun (nothing overly detailed). I could make a little section on the website for the league and I was thinking we can run it for a month or two and have a kick ass playoff in the end to determine a champ. To make it fun i would say we need at least 6-8 teams, 12 would be awesome but probably unrealistic.
