Week 4 Packers at Lions Empty Week 4 Packers at Lions

    Post by omgahamsandwich

Week 4 ended with disappointment for the Detroit Lions as they lose in overtime to the Greenbay packers. Detroit wins the coin toss in overtime after an all out war in regulation. They drive down field and on 3rd down, Robb Wolf completes a pass for a first down to Martellus Bennett, but Brandon Albert gets called for a holding penalty. The Lions then attempt a field goal at the 41 yd line and it comes up short. The Pack get a couple first downs to set up in field goal position to win the game. It was an epic battle between 2 potent offenses who like to dink and dunk down the field meticulously but ultimately Green Bay ended up victorious. One thing that Detroit can be excited about after the loss is the notion that they may have finally found a true franchise signal caller in Robb Wolf. Wolf was selected with the 11th pick in the third round of the 2014 NFL draft and so far he has a 129.9 Quarterback rating with 12 Touchdowns to only 2 interceptions through 4 games. The future is looking bright for the lions.
