The Bucs just drafted their franchise QB in Trett Mullins. EJ Manuel has been riding the bench ever since. TE Seferian-Jenkins is out due to injury for 8 weeks. Manti Te'o can be replaced by my other MLB's.
The Bills lost its young QB in Frank Hood due to injury and needs a QB such as Manuel to compete.

I agree to this trade.. a need on both ends. Plz allow trade.
Due to our current rules this trade is void, EJ Manuel was just acquired. Although, we have just amended the rule to "*Any Player that was TRADED for...CAN be traded again, the player(s) must play the season, then is eligible to be moved."
