Panthers QB Andrew Luck was named NFC Offensive Player of the Week for Week 1 of the regular season.  He threw for 2 TD's, over 300 yards and helped his Panthers to a victory over the Bucs, 35-21.

Colts WR Dez Bryant found the Endzone once
Colts Edge Texans
In what probably was the most exciting game of the week, the Colts edged the Texans by the score of 26-25.  In the close race that was the AFC South last season, this win for the Colts might loom large later in the season.  Colts WR Dez Bryant was nasty all day, catching 9 for 83 and a TD.  He helped Rookie QB Hroniss Ajayi pickup his first NFL Victory.
