2014 Steelers are Starting to Resemble the 70's Steelers
Streak Now To 23 Games
Well, the defending MEFL Fantasy Champion Pittsburgh Steelers have now won 23 straight games including the Playoffs.  Their last loss came at the hands of the Jets early in 2013.  QB Brock Osweiler who finished in the Top 3 of MVP voting last season is at it again.  He's currently got 1,179 passing yards and 9 TD's.  The man who is killing it right now though is WR Demaryious Thomas who currently leads the NFL in receiving yards with 608.  Chrebet1024, owner of the New York Jets, recently sat down for an interview in which he was quoted as saying this: "The Steelers are unbelievable right now, but as a league we should ALL should be embarrassed to have let this BUM win 23 straight games!  C'mon league, let's step up."  The Steelers will travel to San Francisco to face the 49ers in a rematch of MEFL Bowl XIII.

After a team switch with SL1CKS1LVERMAN, G_A_CERTIFIED has taken the helm in Jacksonville, and it looks like we have a new AFC Contender.  All he's done is go undefeated with a 5-0 record.  In Week 4 he beat tcmagic97 and the Titans by the score of 42-37.  This could develop into a nice little AFC South rivalry folks.  Jags QB Ryan Mallet threw for 330 yards and 3 TD's, hitting Calvin Johnson for 2 of those TD's and a remarkable 225 yards receiving.

Jets WR Tavon Austin Catches a TD in 1st Quarter
A Game For The Ages

Old rivals in chrebet1024 and Flybad re-new their on field battle this past week, and it didn't disappoint.  It was one of those classic games that was going to come down to whichever team had the ball last.  With the Giants holding on to a slim 4 point lead with around 3 minutes remaining, Giants QB Mike Glennon went back to pass on 3rd down around midfield and looked to end the game right there.  He went up the middle to the TE but was picked by Safety Sharmarko Thomas.  From there Colin Kaepernick and the Jets drove downfield to score with under a minute left as RB Blumberg punched it in.  On the Giants last attempt, Rookie RB Dillihunt fumbled, and the Jets hung on by the score of 23-17 as they added a late FG.
